You won’t believe how a balanced cup of sprouthie with vegetables, fruits, grains and sprouts has so many benefits to your physical well-being 😉
Here comes our very first sproutie recipe, which is easy to prepare but absolutely delicious!
Banana Peanut Butter Sprouthie
Ingredients:
1 Banana
30 g Broccoli Sprouts (Seeds 30g, HK$38)
Moderate amount Sugar and Salt-free Peanut Butter
Moderate amount Honey
1 Cup of water
Direction:
Wash the sprouts and put all ingredients in a blender and blend it for about 30 seconds.
Peanut butter can balance the coldness of bananas and sprouts while at the same time making it more tasty, if you are allergic to peanuts, you can also replace it with other nut butters.
