What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We care that you receive your parcels in time and do everything we can to make sure your orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched on the following Tuesday / Friday, followed with an email notification.
We only deliver within Hong Kong and we offer free shipping for orders that include a jar and are over $300.
For orders below HK$300, the shipping fee is $36 per order.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Hong Kong. Do shot us an email if you really want our products and we are happy to check the postage fee for you. 😉
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All SF express packages are sent on the following following Tuesday / Friday after your order is placed and will be delivered within 1 – 2 working days. When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and you can track it through SF Express.
Exchange and Return
Can I Exchange/Rerurn My Item(s) In Store?
We only offer exchange or refund due to damaged or faulty items.
We promise to carefully check each item before packaging and sending it to you. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or being damaged in transit, please contact us via WhatsApp at (+852) 6396 5859 or email us within 48 hours of your receipt. Please also ensure that you take the following steps:
- Take photos of the original shipping box and the damaged item(s).
- Retain the damaged goods and packaging and contact us via WhatsApp (+852 6396-5859) for further assistance.
