《天氣之子》紫菜鹽味月見炒飯

看過《天氣之子》了嗎? 陽菜做的紫菜鹽味月見炒飯用到鮮活的豌豆苗製作喔!我們為Kurashiru的食譜加了中英文翻譯方便大家 🙂 日文原食譜:https://www.kurashiru.com/recipes/572b1cb6-152a-4bad-a999-88d6a31073f6 材料準備(1人份) 白飯 200克 紫菜鹽味薯片 15克 洋蔥 1/4個 豌豆苗 25克 醬油 1茶匙 雞粉 1/2茶匙 薑蓉 1茶匙 麻油 1湯匙 最後加上 生蛋黃 1顆 步驟 1. 洋蔥切碎。 2. 豌豆苗去根後切成2厘米小段。 3. 平底鍋小火倒入芝麻油再加薑蓉爆香。 4. 薑蓉爆香後,加洋蔥碎進去轉中火。 5. 洋蔥炒軟及輕微焦糖化後加白飯、醬油、雞粉及一半的豌豆苗段。 6. 拌炒均勻入味後,用手捏碎薯片灑進快速拌勻,裝盤中間弄凹。 7. 剩餘豌豆苗段鋪在凹處周圍,中間放生蛋黃完成。 注意重點 . 可依個人喜好加減醬油及雞粉。 . 建議用冷飯炒,熱飯會較濕。 . 長者、2歲以下幼兒、懷孕女性以及免疫力低下者應盡量避免生食雞蛋及生豌豆苗。
