Weathering with You Seaweed, Pea Sprouts and Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients (1 potion)

Direction

1.	Minced onion.

2.	Remove root of pea sprouts and cut them into 2cm in lenght。

3.	Add sesame oil and ginger paste to pan in low heat。

4.	Add onion and and change to high heat。

5.	Caramelized the onion and add cooked rice, soy sauce, chicken powder and half of the pea sprouts。

6.	Fry and mix them well，add in potato chips and stir a little，create a concave shape in the middle of the rice。

7.	Put the raw egg yolk in the concave area and remaining sprouts for garnish。

Notes

．	You may add or deduct the amount of soy sauce and chicken powder。
